Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Room had a fantastic view of Gran Via. Staff were very friendly and informative . Bar Reims was very relaxing and particularly liked the snacks that were given out with the drinks.
