Fantastic building in great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. In the time it took me to settle in to room the owner had drawn a map with everything to see including bars and restaurants for the evening. Great place to stay right in the historic centre and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

The location is excellent with easy access to and from the motorway and within walking distance from the cathedral and centre.It is pet friendly and there are very good areas just by the hotel for exercising your pet,The 3 course evening meal with wine included is good value at 12 euros per person. -

Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.

Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). The Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops and historical sites. Everything you need is close by. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.

The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

The location was perfect, just off plaza Mayor. The rooms were very clean and newly refurbished. James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!)
The room was as expected for the price and very close to the City.
James was also very helpful re advising on breakfast and he showed me where to go on the free

We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. And for another 5 euros /

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. The staff were exceedingly helpful with helping us find parking and our way around the city - with lots of personal recomendations thrown in!
We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.
