  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  Great central location, very funky and trendy hotel but with lots of little extras finishing touches that made it a really special place to stay.   Room had a fantastic view of Gran Via. Staff were very friendly and informative . Bar Reims was very relaxing and particularly liked the snacks that were given out with the drinks.
