We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment. It was quiet and dark.

Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.

This is my second time at the hotel and have absolutely no comments. Staff was friendly and smiling as usual. Location is excellent and very communicative with the exception of the "red light" district. Free wireless internet available. - Room was very clean and quiet, reception staff very helpful, free internet in computers next to reception.

Pickpocketed on way to hotel on metro so no cash at all. Staff at hotel very helpful even with limited english! They phoned police and they allowed us to use hotel phone to contact home for money transfer. Great breakfast and coffee facilities - very central. cool concept. highly recommended.

It is just a good hostal, everything was suitable, staff are very friendly althogh nobody speaks English, but it was not a real problem, maps were on the reception, so you can have the information when you need. My room didn't include privait bathroom but common bathrooms were free and comfy always.

Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.

The location of the hostel is close to shopping venues, metro station and tourist interests. The staff was helpful and kind they gave me my breakfast at night since I was leaving very early before the breakfast is served. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes next to the hostel.
