  The family that run this place are very kind and helpful . Room was very clean , with a small shower cubicle.   Friendly very helpful staff eventhough they did not speak English and I spoke only a little Spanish. Convenient hotel and whilst nothing very special good value for money and would go again. - Very central, at walking distance of most important monuments and galleries. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Nice clean room.

  It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better... what people say » than in tourist office. 3. Location. Close to everything most important. I never took a metro. From r/w st. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

  Location is the best one you can get in Madrid, and the rooms are made everyday perfectly clean, family run hotel Ans except the ( I guess daughter) that works everyday from morning till afternoon ,the parents that run the hostel doesn't speak English but extremely polite people - Inexpensive hotel, great central location, perfect cleanliness,... what people say » staff very helpful. If you're gay, you'll cheerily notice that this place is a 1 minute walk away from the gay neighbourhood (Chueca). This is a good place to stay in Madrid!

  The apartment is situated in the centre of madrid, served with lift and has all amenities. Everything is within walking distance. In commercial area but since it is on the 4th floor there are no noise problems taxis pass right infront of flat! I will stay here again next time! - I liked the nice staff and the apartment itself.
