  The facilities of the place are very comfortable, cooking in the apartment was the best idea to save some money... The neighbourhood was great, close to the most alive part of the city and also not so far away from the beach...   Very friendly and responsive staff, great location just off the Ramblas, cash machine outside the door, balcony as promised - a very small one, but this is typical Barcelona style, it was good enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy some cava + jamon serrano in the wee hours... Good large screen TV, a surprise! And open WiFi with great reception, exc... what people say » ellent! Also they let us into the room two hours early (at noon) when we arrived, and let us keep our suitcases (locked with chains) during a few hour - Location is great, just off the Ramblas between Liceu Opera House and the Boqueria Market with a metro stop (line 3) 1 minutes walk from the front door. Close to the Gothic Quarter, lots of eating places and shops. A great bakery a couple of doors down. Staff were friendly and helpful. Simple room (single bed with shower) but clean and quiet. Room facilities including a hair dryer and air con/heating unit which worked. Computer in common room with free wi-fi. Would stay here again.

  Great location, right in the middle of everything a tourist might need!!! Very nice and helpful staff. A great bar next door. A perfect choice if you want to see the city. - The location. Our corner room was huge with a balcony on two sides. Excellent value for money!

Raj on reception was so friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be staying again!

  The location was perfect in Barri Gothic on a plaza next to the Santa Maria Del Pi church, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops seconds away from the front door. Esp. On weekends it also was a central place for street performers, many excellent. We had a balcony overlooking the plaza, so had a front row seat to the people watching and goings-on... what people say » . Metro stop 2 minutes away, and it was no more than 15 minutes walk to anywhere in the Barri Gothic and El Born. The price point was excellent, and I - Location, location, location. As all the travel guides say, you must get one of the rooms with a tiny balcony overlooking the square. Fabulous ever changing show to watch from the room, not noisy during normal sleeping hours. In the heart of the old city, yet tucked away. We walked everywhere. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Great hot water.
