Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Both room and bathroom were in excellent condition, and although on a busy street balcony doors and curtains ensured a comfy dark and quiet night's rest.

As we arrived to the hotel the people were really very helpful and friendly. Actually we had some problems with our airplane about our packages, they really helped us and kept us relaxed with a free breakfast. The location was very practical to get around BCN. The guy who greeted us was super nice and met us at 11 even though checkin is normally at 15. Unexpectedly for Spain it was also very quiet! - Best location, quiet, spotless clean! It was great having our 'own' flat during our stay!

It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at! The staff were very helpful, looking up the time for my return bus to Girona airport using my flight details! -
