It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. The waiters and other hotel staff were all quite incredibly helpful - Davida

The Hotel was nicely decorated, the rooms at a good size and confortable, the use of the Computer in the room is an excellet idea, as well as the access to the internet for free with my laptop. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. The Staff very firendly and well manered. The Hotel good located. - Caroline

The room was modern, well-equipped, and the concierge services (insuggesting restaurants and securing reservations) were invaluable. Also,the location of the hotel is perfect -- in the middle of things, butaway from the noisy center of Puerta del Sol. - Sheryl

The hotel is very well located within walking distance of all the main sites. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff was very professional. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there when I go back to Madrid. - Anonymous

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Room service never called too early, didn't even see them at all, and the room was always done when we came back in the evening. - Cian

The hotel was very central. We used the Metro from the airport and the Metro stop was outside the front door. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. We were there for a special ocassion and were given a room on the top floor with agreat view of the city. The hotel also supplied a free bottle of champagne to us. The hotel was excellent. The location was central and within walking distance to all the places of interest. - Ken
