  Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient. Spa was nicely equipped.

The rooms are not stuffy. In the common room facing four computers with internet and a large TV. The Madrid hadn't been that lovely without staying in this hostel!! Hostel has several floors and elevator, so I didn't carry my heavy bag))) Everything was very clean, breakfast was good and atmosphere very friendly! Boys at the reception were very nice and helpful, smiling all the time :))
