  While Benemar isn't fancy, it is comfortable enough, considering how relatively inexpensive it is. It was more spacious than many of the other hotels we stayed in this trip. The location was fairly close to the center of town and the Prado. The man who runs the place has been there for many years and he was friendly and helpful, although he doesn't speak much English.   I liked EVERYTHING about this hostel! It was clean, modern, and had everything one would need! A fridge, a built in hair dryer, they even give you shampoo and soap and a comb! FREE WiFi in the room. You can leave your luggage there before you check in, even Days before you check in!   Hotel is very well located, a few steps from Porta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, has very friendly staff and has a very cool decoration in the room and a cool design. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.

  Staff was helpful, smiley and made you feel welcome. The place was very clean and tidy all over and the decor was quite decent with nice design touches that made it feel fresh, simple and modern. My single room was just right and the shower room was nice and everything worked as it should.
