The owner was very accommodating as our flight was delayed two hours and we got in really late, much later than we agreed on and were unable to call until we landed.

  Only one staff members was really unfriendly, but others apologized for his behavior. Perfect location, great overall staff, and cute rooms with great atmosphere. The cleaner man was so nice and friendly and was always working hard to keep the place nice and clean. The lady - Location of the hostel is good as quite close to the city centre. You can reach the Rambla street just walking and it takes you around 20 minutes. There is also a metro station near the hostel so can see further districts of Barcelona taking one of the line. Our room was big with a comfortable bed and a small tv that was quite nice. There was also a quite working fan that we found to be very useful espacially at hot night as did not affect your sleep.   The apartment truly is centrally located which is great if you're in Barcelona to see the city. It was easy to find and the check in was simple. Judit explained exactly how to get to there when we called ahead from the airport. Olav was waiting for us just outside the door and the address was well-marked. He was very helpful in pointing out sights... what people say » to see and helpful tips for getting around the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Hones - Excellent apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location too in a quiet back street that's easy walking to La Rambla, the Old City, Port and the beach. It's right by the Universitat metro stop (no more than 5 mins walk away) and the metro itself, so easy to use. Our first time staying at a serviced apartment and we'll definitely be doing it again based on our experience here.
