The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

The staff are top-notch. Very few luxury hotels are able to balance friendliness with efficiency like Hotel Bagues. It's a rare gift to offer the experience they do for guests. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic, too, and despite being on the La Rambla - with a room overlooking it - at night we could only hear the faintest of sounds. Luxuriously decorated, but cosy, the entire hotel is a really lovely experience.

Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.

The vibe of the foyer area was like a cool nightclub in the evenings with dark mood lighting - very trendy.
To say there was clubbing music streamed in the foyer which you could hear on all levels of walk-way, the bedrooms were sound-proofed really well.

Extremely spacious and well furnished with very comfortable beds and top of the line furnishings, which make for a luxurious experience.Very responsive and pro-active staff that seeks to make your stay comfortable.
