The desk is staffed 24 hours a day with and efficient, English speaking staff.   Stayed for two nights on the way home from Torroella de Montgri. We wanted to be close to the airport but also have a couple of days sightseeing in Barcelona.   This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi.   One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our family room consisted of two double rooms with interconnecting doors and most impressive bathrooms and both very clean. The minibar was stocked with bottles of complimentary water.
