I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.
