  The location is great, relaly close to the bus station and the city centre. the staff is welcoming. they help a lot when you ask a question. It is clean and cosy, reflects a real Parisian style.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert that happened to be out of town. The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast.   Very good value for money. I cannot think of many places in Sevilla where you can get a private double-bed room for 25 Euros per night. On top of that, there was free wi-fi, two free PCs for use, nice clean bathrooms, and breakfast included.   We liked the place. It's very authentic.The room had internet and was clean and comfy - the best needed for the long distance travelers. We came at night, having made a notify of it and we had no troubles of night check-in.
