  It took about 15 min by walk from the Atocha to the hostal. And it is right opposite to the Prado Museum. For a late visit there, this could be ideal. There're also cafe and restaurants around, virtually solves a - The hotel is not very fancy, but has all the essentials (including wifi), and it is very clean. The location is very good as well, being close to the main museums and many popular bars and restaurants. Also, the Atocha railway station is close by, which includes an express bus to the airport which runs day and night at high frequency. In summary I would say the hotel is very good value for money indeed.

  Room was so clean, sheets fresh and crisp, so quiet, family run hostal, everyone including the parents pleasant and lovely. The two brothers do a marvelous job. Our train back to Barna was not til 530 so they kept our bags after we checked out at 9 am until about 4 when we started for the train.
