  The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure

  Room had a fantastic view of Gran Via. Staff were very friendly and informative . Bar Reims was very relaxing and particularly liked the snacks that were given out with the drinks. Loved the fact that the hotel was so central - Everything! The location frst of all. It is in the best place for whatever reason someone may be visiting.
