  Everything! - The front desk staff was very helpful, and we appreciated their ability to speak some english. The rooms were clean and adequate. Finally, proximity to the Metro stops was also adequate.

When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge.   I liked the location of the hotel which was on the tourist bus route so we weren't in the centre of the city. The staff were extemely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The underground garage was important to us as well as we were driving to the hotel. - Friendly people, nice clean rooms...
