  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

We are set to arrive in Barcelona on sept 19, 2012. 6 of my friends booked the apartment and we wanted to add me and my husband to the group. I emailed to info@apartmentsinbarcelona.net. Reply came prompt, very curteous, very polite and, my feeling was, with a true desir... what people say » e to make our stay as hassle free as possible. Congratlations to the company for having such wonderful employees. - The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were kept very clean and tidy all the time. There were no problems at all, and I would definitely recommend bed and brekfast avino to all of my friends. Thank you for an amazing stay!
