  the hostel is very pretty and the staff is so kind! Rooms and common space are always clean and orderly. You can cooking in the kitchen and every morning there's breakfast until 10. They borrow you hairdryer if you need (for free). They provide you bed sheets and a locker with your key to keep your staff in the shared bedroom. The hostel is always... what people say » so silent. It is open 24h. It is in a very good location, near to GranVia, in a neighboorhood full of shops and pretty bar. There's free wifi and if - i was delighted by the service and the possibilities they provide for tiny money. you receive a key for a locker in your room and blankets for your bed. the kitchen offers you a nice breakfast, as well as the possibility to cook your own meal and store your foodstuff in the fridge. the accomodation was neat and tidy all the time. the hostal is open 24 hours what goes along quite well with the handsome Chueca quarter and nearby city center. the guys at the desk are very friendly and eager to hel

  I really loved the location of the hostel! It's super central, easy to walk to anywhere in the city, and there are always people out and about, so it feels quite safe. The staff was really helpful, including carrying my heavy bags up and down the stairs and helping me to arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay. Little taverna a few doors down serving excellent tapas, great beers and wine. Lidl supermarket a 2min walk away.

  Staff was helpful, smiley and made you feel welcome. The place was very clean and tidy all over and the decor was quite decent with nice design touches that made it feel fresh, simple and modern. My single room was just right and the shower room was nice and everything worked as it should. I woul... what people say » d highly recommend to stay in this place during your vacation in Madrid (of course, if you are unpretentious and do not look for something to complain - The staff were really friendly, the couple that run the hostal were really sweet and really helpful. They even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us for 9 Euro each. Breakfast was included (but I never made it), the room was cute, clean, and comfortable.
