  We had very comfortable room, quit - that was important, because we'd been with 1 year old baby. The staff prepared special little bad for baby. And value for money is on high level! I will recommend this hotel to my friends. - loved the decorations, shower water was hot, had a refrigerator, good air conditioning, very cute hotel, staff was great

  The location was very central 5 minute walk from Gran Via. Rooms were on the 2nd floor of this beautiful old building. Very safe location, well lit area! The hostel tht you have to collect the key is 2 minutes walk. Beds big and comfortable, bathroom very clean and shower was string and warm! And the free WIFI was brilliant.   It was perfect stay. Apartment is centrally located (easy to reach historic centre and all 3 museums), it is very spacious and well-furnitured with intersting design. Staff was friendly - they called us in the morning on the arrival day and met at the apartment building.   The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.
