Staff were friendly, polite. Was simple and easy to check in, no fuss at all. The place was spotless all the time, daily service of beds being made never disturbed us. Shared bathroom was not an issue at all, as there was a toilet, shower room and bath/shower room right outside our door. Amazing central location for the price, literally 10 seconds

The location couldn't have been any better for access to Las Rambla, bus stop, restaurants, and even a small market where we could buy water, drinks, snacks. If you like to walk, close enough to walk to beach and other sites in Barcelona. The shared bathroom facilities were never a problem; access to computer and printer a plus. Staff were all great to answer questions in English. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

Excellent, it could not have been better. - What was there not to like? The location was central to all the tourist attractions, set only a block back from La Rambla, and easy to find. The lady at the reception knew perfect English and gave us tips what to visit in the city. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the location was right in the heart of the city. They even checked us in an hour earlier than usual and kept our luggage the entire day after we checked out.

the marina. The hostal its self is in a little side street and up on the
4th floor, look for the ally with the pub that sells gunnies, at the end

juice, cereal and toast/crossiants and tea and coffee. Showers and
toilets were really clean didn't have to que for the four nights I
was there and it was fully booked during this time too. Staff were

The location of this hotel is excellent! Very close to the beach and some great shops, cafe's and restaurants. Run by a really nice guy called Jose and his lovely mother, they were very helpful and could not fault them for their hospitality. Most of the rooms are being renovated so it does depend on what room you get, we had to ask for a room chan

The rooms were very modern and well fitted out having plenty of space and the bathrooms were great.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
I did not use the bar or restaurant facilities so cannot comment on these but they looked good.
