  The best western arosa was a brilliant hotel, right in the heart of the city! We had an eighth floor room overlooking Gran via with our own balcony which we were upgraded to for free!   For me was a realy nice experience in this Hostel. For that money you have nothing bad to say . The hotel is in the perfect location . You have everything around you . The brackfast was very good , modest but as a vegetarian perfect / cereal/ milk /tee / koffe / bread/ fruits ... All what u need to have a good start . The personal was very young ... what people say » and nice . The room was very clean with a big bath . The wifi was very good sometimes I had even in my room at 3th floor connection . I will definitel - I stayed at this hostel with my sister who is a regular hostel visitor and she told me it's one of the best she's stayed in. We both agree that the facilities are excellent for the price paid and the staff were so very friendly and most helpful in every way. We were made to feel so at home.. We will recommend this hostel to all our friends and family.
