  Fantastic location (you can walk everywhere from there), perfect facilities and lots of kitchen utensils, excellent and efficient staff, easy check in/check out process, extremely clean, amazing terrace, no noise and black out blinds for great sleep. Comfy sofas and two TVs. Brand new lift to 7th floor. Absolutely perfect would definitely stay her... what people say » e again! - Central location, didn't use the metro at all in 5 days. On the 7th floor (with a lift) so although in the middle of everything it was very quiet. If you didn't close the blinds you can see the sky whilst lying in bed, nice.Fully equiped kitchen. Very fast free wi fi.

  The hostal was located right at the Puerta Del Sol. The location was perfect for exploration of the city. The room was clean and the towels/sheets were changed out regularly. While there were daily protests in the plaza, we never felt unsafe. The lady who worked the front desk did not speak English, but this was not a problem for us.   Great location across street from Retiro park. Room decor was much better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other hotels in this upscale neighborhood. The Ritz and The Palace just around the corner and are way more expensive -- the rooms at the Savoy Petit P... what people say » alace are not equivalent to those hotels, but still very nice in great neighborhood for 1/3 the price. - Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

  Although the hostel have simple furniture and no breakfast, we still feel comfortable to stay in this hostel since good values of the price. The location is right in the city center, and it has lots of restaurants, stores and attractions. All the distances you can reach just by walking. He speaks English with a Spanish accent, a little bit diffic - I've stayed at many hostels all around Spain by now, about 4 of them in Madrid alone, and this was by far one of THE best service we've ever had. Super clean. The price for the location is unbeatable. The Wifi was great. Outstanding service by attendant who assisted us. At one point I forgot my cell phone on the couch in the little lobby and he picked it up and left in our room with a note. How he knew it was ours, no idea. (Maybe process of elimination.) But so glad he did! Will definitely go
