Unfortunately, due to lack of availability, we were unexpectedly forced to stay in Barcelona on our first night. It was in very close proximity to the Barcelona Sants train station, had fantastic staff/facilities and was very clean, comfortable and affordable - I liked the location of the hotel, which is close to the central railway station and to the centre of the city at the same time.

  The hotel was well situated, 15 min from El prat airport and 15 min from the centre of Barcelona. The hotel staff were very friendly, providing informations needed for going around in Barcelona. The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room. We thought that we had lost all our trip's memories but after a phone call and an excellent service we were able to get hold of it again. Thanks for that.

The cleaner man was so nice and friendly and was always working hard to keep the place nice and clean. The lady - Location of the hostel is good as quite close to the city centre. You can reach the Rambla street just walking and it takes you around 20 minutes. There is also a metro station near the hostel so can see further districts of Barcelona taking one of the line. Our room was big with a comfortable bed and a small tv that was quite nice. There was also a quite working fan that we found to be very useful espacially at hot night as did not affect your sleep. From the moment we arrived taking us through a map of the city and when we needed help booking tickets, taxi etc. The apartment building doesn't look as great from the outside as the hotel but we were very impressed when we got inside. Great size, actually big enough for 4, very well equipped and wonderful location. We would definitely recommend.
