  It was beautiful. And the rooms were absolutely spotless. Modern bathroom. My 6 year old daughter said it looked like paradise when we walked in! - Great location near the old city in Seville. The hotel has a ambience and the staff we really helpful. Great value-for-money.

Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

Great location in the border of the Old City quarter, less than 10 minutes from Catedral and 15 from the Alameda (good place for going out at night).   Pension Montorena is ideally located--15 to 20 minutes walk from major attractions. The facility is very clean and security is excellent. You have to be buzzed in and there is someone at reception around the clock. While the room is quite small, it met our needs as we spent little time in the Pension and when - The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful (older reviews that say the opposite are now completely out of date and incorrrect because there is now a new manager). The location is in a fascinating part of old Seville. The public areas were very pretty: blue tile. Everything was clean. At 18 euros a night for a single, the place was a terrific bargain.
