We were given a room on the last floor (8th) which has a private balcony overlooking Barcelona and the Gothic quarter. The room was very fresh and clean and it was very nicely decorated. Mind you I am not very fond of modern design -- I typically like places from the beginning of the 20th centuary. But the decoration of this hotel and our room was very very nice. They also got me into a room at 10 am so I was able to get some rest and shower before exploring. The next day I met with family for a planned cruise.
