It was a great apartment, about 2 mins from the metro station, not even a 10minute walk to Park Guell and if you want to walk to the city, it took us about 20mins...so very close.
The man who checked us in was very nice and also gave us loads of information about what to do and see in Barcelona and also the surroundings.

We're very satisfied with the kindness of the staff (Enrique). The accomodation is close to the metro, at a few stops away from the city centre, but in a very quiet road that let us sleep with open windows. If you want you can have a drink nearby too. The shower was great.

Was looking for a last minute booking for weekend trip to Barcelona & chose L' Antic Espai due to reviews. Happily I can only agree & add to the positive vibe - it was a perfect little room (little is true but it was ample), brilliant location, amazing breakfast and fantastic staff, Danny in particular living up to his online reputation. Great location within walking distance of all major sites yet the apartment was really quiet and spacious. Our upgrade to the top floor two bedroom apartment was an unexpected pleasure, especially the two huge outdoor terraces where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather. We will stay there again if we return to Barcelona and will recommend it to our friends.
