  Upon arrival the Receptionist explained absolutely everything we needed to know: he also helped us with our luggage to the room on the 5th Floor! Excellent customer service! : ) The location is superb just a few streets away from Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia (you can even walk to Placa de Catalunya then down to the harbour in 30... what people say » minutes! : ) There is a Spar 4-5 units down from the hotel which was very cheap compared to other markets (we purchased 6 bottles of San Miguel for j - We traveled four of us, I am 19 year old son and two friends from 6 to 14 May. From the airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, only one mode of transport to the subway station Passeig de Gracia (traveling by train, the train to go to Barcelona with the metro, so it's very convenient). Near the hotel there is a great market for the products. Just a lot of coffee (we liked the cafe, located 4 meters from the hotel, on the same side of the street as the hotel).   Room was excellent, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. The food was wonderful. We were served by a young lady who appeared to be new. I think her name was Alexandra? It may have been spelt differently . She was enthusiastic and smiled a lot. Her attitude was a feature of our evening. The proximity to the city was a feature of hotel and the swimming pool was a - The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

  I liked this residence very much. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, pleasant atmosphere. The residence is located in a beautiful historic house. The walk to the Sagrada Familia takes about 12 minutes. I especially liked the owner of the hotel, her name is Imma. She is great, she is very interesting person and helpful. The owner went out of her way to assist me with bus locations Tour information, shops, etc. Location was great, room comfortable,larg, plenty cupboard space, and the 4 apartments had 4 bathrooms located just a few feet from the rooms, large user friendly kitchen, and lounge room with open balcony. Security was good, a lift took you to the floors. clean, fresh,and historically lovely apartment, I would return to stay again should I visit Barcelona
