360 Malasana had excellent service and always willing to answer questions. Good facilities with plenty of Wifi in the rooms. Kitchen Is plenty big and the hostel hosts some good activities. Did I forget to mention the awesome atmosphere. -

The hostel was clean and well kept. It was quiet and well located. The staff were really helpful and answered all my questions. I am also grateful that they took the time to save me the bottom bunk bed. Also very informative on things to see and do. -

Staffs were really kind and nice, and bed, kitchen, bathroom...everything was so clean and comfy. Just little little far from main street but still walking distance. I think its perfect place to stay for traveller who want stay comfortable and relax. -

This hostel is nicer than many hotels.I had a private double room with ensuite and it was huge! The room had dark blinds to block noise, air conditioning and an enormous, comfortable bed. I had the best night sleep in my whole European travels at UHostel.

Rudy made my experience in Madrid so great. He's so helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making the guests happy. Could not fault this hostel, staff where really helpful and friendly and hostel was perfectly clean and you got a good free breakfast. It also is in an excellent loaction right near the cool Malansa area with all vintage shops and cool bars and you could walk to any major attraction in 2Omins. As a solo female traveller I felt totally at home, would stay here again if I was in madrid and would recomend to anyone!

This is a small hostel high up in an old building. It's in a great
location and is perfect for friends or a couple to use as a base for
seeing Madrid. The staff was awesome. Totally awesome. The hostel is a
bit run down and in need of a bit of work. Hopefully the owners take

For me was a realy nice experience in this Hostel. For that money you have nothing bad to say . The hotel is in the perfect location . You have everything around you . I stayed at this hostel with my sister who is a regular hostel visitor and she told me it's one of the best she's stayed in. We both agree that the facilities are excellent for the price paid and the staff were so very friendly and most helpful in every way. We were made to feel so at home.. We will recommend this hostel to all our friends and family.

For what we paid we were expecting so much less. Great place, surely going back if passing by the city. Only problem, no hair dryer. I didn't ask at the reception desk cause i was already under the shower when i noticed, they might offer some though, upon request, I don't know. Excellent location in the city center in safe and relatively quiet
street, very close to metro station. Rooms are spacious, well furnished,
very clean, have all necessary facilities such as lockers, table,
chairs, pegs. Staff is really helpful: they can advise you good and
cheap restaurants nearby and make a reservation for you. Continental
breakfast for guests is served each morning.

The staff was 5* the room very good and clean, computers to use any time
you want, kitchen as well. They organize group things every night which
is good to get know every one.. Loved it and recommend it! :) and about
some prior comment's they now have light's on the bed and the
door's they can only be open with the key from the outside of the
room.. Means they read the comment's and pay attention to that!!
