The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

The hostal is a very nice apartment (or two joint apartments) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful modernist house, with these old-style elements like shutters, tiled floor, wicker sofa, and separate taps for cold and hot water, and our room had a beautiful little balcony with forged railings.

The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready

Apartment in residential area, so you can get away from the tourists. At the same time, the location is perfect because it is situated next to the metro station and the train station (only 10 minutes to the beach outside of Barcelona!). The very friendly and informative owner gave us all the advice we needed for a few days sightseeing in Barcelona

The owner provided local knowledge. The apartment was in residential area which felt safe. Easy access to Metro station and local supermarket. Apartment was a good space to come home and relax after exploring. Kids liked the wifi!

Our stay in Barcelona was amazing, we met good people and had much fun. The staff at the hotel was very nice and we loved having coffee in the balcony in the mornings. Muy bueno! -

Super nice staff, very friendly and helpful. All rooms clean and well designed, and the facilities in bathrooms are very good. This hostel also has a lovely backyard where you can enjoy sunshine and food with your friends. Fully access to the use of refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle in the shared space. Plus very good location, just near the Girona metro station. Highly recommend!!
