I stayed in a private room with shared bathrooms at C40.
The room was relatively large but simple. I stayed on the second floor where there was a kitchen however cutlery and cups were scarce. The common area and terrace on this floor were great ideas however I never saw anyone using them.

The building dates from the 19th century and there are many beautiful features in the room. The room itself is large and has a small balcony looking out on to the street below. The staff were helpful and friendly as well

Absolutely charming small 4 room guest house. We loved the artsy decoration, just perfect mixture between modern and old. our Room was large and cozy, spotlessly clean and fresh bathroom facilities. The room was very comfortable, clean and with enough space, most important of all it was quiet. The bed was king size bed and with very interesting decoration. Location was so convenient, we went everywhere on foot.high standard of cleanliness and general eye for detail. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again. The location couldn't be better (very close to the metro, local restaurants, the rambla, carrefour and a lot of supermarkets).
The staff helped a lot and had the very handy 24hour service. Wifi also works great.
