  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   It was a good, clean appartment with good facilities. The air conditioning was very good and it was very close to local amenities and the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially helping me to find places I wanted to visit in the city on the map they provided. - Excellent staff !
