The location is superb, just off La Ramblas. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. We were at the front of the hotel, so we had a small balcony overlooking the street. There is a lift, essential for people like me who have difficulty with stairs.

Hotel Condal is located in the heart of the La Rambla. It is so convenient to walk 30m and then to enter the La Rambla. The many restaurants, shops and attractions in close proximity of the hotel is a bonus. The reception of the hotel is very helpful, knowledgeable,efficient and available 24hr. We stayed for just one night and arrived around 11 in the night. Stayed in 14 bed dorm.
There was someone on reception to attend us and show us around and make us feel comfortable.
The beds were decent and clean bedding was provided. No towels though. Lockers were good size. Dorm was big and spacious.

Great hotel and location in the heart of Barcelona old town (Barri Gotic), very clean and comfortable (rooms cleaned every day, spotless!), in fact cleaner than a lot of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. I cannot fault this hotel and will book again. Highly recommended!!!
