  The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. But staff helped us with our luggage, and our departure taxi met us nearer to the apartm... what people say » ent, so it wak ok. The apartment was small but clean, with two twins in one room and a queen bed in the other. There was also a pullout sofa downstai - Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge!   Was such a lovely b&b the owner was so friendly and helpful with phamphets an trying to help as much as possible! Quiet and homely really relaxing after a day out in busy Barcelona!
