The location is fantastic, you can walk outside, cross a small road and walk into a market! The metro is 5/10 minutes walk away and there is loads of places to eat. The staff are lovely, carried my bags for me and couldnt help you enough. The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hostel has an excellent location in the center, just next to Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes from Palacio Real and in front of the hostel there is the market San Miguel which has one of the best offer of foods. -

It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

Central location. Can walk to puerto del sol, plaza mayor areas. Then on the other side, can walk to museo del prado etc.
From the airport, take express bus to atocha then take the metro and stop at anton martin. the hostel is around 2-3 blocks from the anton martin metro station. Just follow the numbers. It has a small sign so look closely. If you see stores selling cloth and women's tailored dresses, you're near.
Jose was very helpful. Explaining all the sights and things to do.
