The staff at the hotel (where you check-in) were fantastic. From the
moment we arrived taking us through a map of the city and when we needed
help booking tickets, taxi etc. The apartment building doesn't look
as great from the outside as the hotel but we were very impressed when
we got inside. Great size, actually big enough for 4, very well equipped
and wonderful location. We would definitely recommend.

A fantastic place - very clean and very comfortable. Rooms have kitchenettes with all the basic utensils, a cooker and a fridge, which is very convenient. Plentiful tasty breakfast and fantastic coffee (!). Cable Internet connection in rooms. The area is very quiet with a lovely park nearby. I recommend the place to everyone and would like to come back.

The hotel staff who met us to give us the keys and general tourist info was very helpful, it was not difficult to reach them at all. The apartment room and washrooms were also very clean all the time, it made the trip very enjoyable knowing that our accommodations were comfortable and clean. -

This place is amazing. Our room was very clean and functional. It is close to the downtown. Also extremely convenient that La Isla Hostal is a couple of blocks from Estacio Nord (bus station) and Estacio de França (railway station). Friendly and helpful stuff. In my opinion, it is an ideal choice for budget-minded travelers.
