Mr Peter, who welcomed us, was very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions very patiently and arranged a very good taxi for our trip to the station on our day of departure.
Our room and toilet was cleaned and beds made nicely everyday.
The location of the property is marvelous and walking to La Rambla would take us not more that ten mins.
I would definitely recommend this to all who want value for money along with an excellent location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions for touring Barcelona. They let me set-up my tripod to take photos of the harbor and surrounding area which was great. They made a special breakfast for me very early in the morning when I had to catch a train which was very considerate.

Location is excellent: the center of old city. You need less than 5 minutes to go to Rambla (with metro station), port, Catalunia square. Appartments were clean (we took two bedroom appartments), kitchen had everything that we need. It's small, but large terrace has table that we used for our meals.

Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town, there are two subway stations nearby (Liceu, Jaume I) from which the whole city could be reached very quickly. Also very close to La Rambla and to the famous Barceloneta beach.

You get what you pay for and this was very inexpensive. All I needed was a bed and an en suite with shower as I was attending a conference and eating out at night. I got exactly what I paid for. Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.
