the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was situated very well for both the beach and the city centre and had beautiful views out over the hemispheric. Ther hotel rooms were decorated really nicely, Plus there is a lovely spa in the hotel which is alovely treat, That I would highly recommend. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science. Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.
