Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). The whole place was spotless. Bathroom lacked

Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.

for low budget hostel, the facilities were good, clean, neat and renovated, unlike other hostels.
the staff was polite. the location was in the center so it was easy for us to walk to all the basic destinations. -
Location was great close to everything and close to metro.

Staffs were really kind and nice, and bed, kitchen, bathroom...everything was so clean and comfy. Just little little far from main street but still walking distance. I think its perfect place to stay for traveller who want stay comfortable and relax. -
