The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. We had a lovely time in Barcelona. The flat we stayed in Ronda San Pere was perfect for us. It was very new, very spacious as well. Location was excellent as we were very near to the centre of Barcelona and yet we could not hear any noise in the flat. Kitchen was nice and we enjoyed cooking there as well :)

Location was incredible and view unbeatable. Letting guy Guillaume was very pleasant and punctual. A very nice stay and well worth it. The view on the photo actually exists unlike most of these advertised.
