  - Very friendly well trained staff always willing to help - All the receptionists speaking multiple languages unlike the majority of people in Barcelona - The rooms were very clean. Everyday room cleaning - Hotel has the European sign for eco-friendly services. This was definitely a "plus" for me. - Very quite. Hotel rooms with double layer window... what people say » frames. - 5 mins walk from Splau Shopping Center. - Some nice breakfast points and restaurants in the area. All you can eat breakfast at the hotel at - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have a car. There's a shopping mall which was great for us and you could walk to it. Everything: camp nou, placa espanya, Tibidabo, etc. was never no more than 10-15minutes away. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.

  Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.
