The hotel is well located at the top of La Rambles. The room was small but adequate. It had the normal bathroom amenitities including a hairdryer. It was cleaned regularly. Location was fantastic, read alot of poor reviews before visiting Sant Carlo but it was perfectly fine. My partner and I had a double room with our own bathroom. I really appreciated the morning conversations with the other guests while enjoying the excellent breakfast.
The rooms are impeccably clean and the bedding is just perfect.

I stayed in a private room with shared bathrooms at C40.
The room was relatively large but simple. I stayed on the second floor where there was a kitchen however cutlery and cups were scarce. The common area and terrace on this floor were great ideas however I never saw anyone using them.

The building dates from the 19th century and there are many beautiful features in the room. The room itself is large and has a small balcony looking out on to the street below. The staff were helpful and friendly as well
