It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. It was very close to all the major Madrid attractions, taxi stand below the hotel, Subway on the square in front of the hotel' department store close. And the staff is great. Breakfast can be found early morning next door to the hotel. Rick Steve was right on with regard to this hotel. -

It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, convenient to tour bus, shopping, sightseeing, groery stores.The price is reasonable for family with kids. All are perfect. -
