Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

I can't imagine one thing wrong with this lovely apartment. Facilities, location and certainly value for money. Riccardo was accommodating and arranged for a bit earlier check-in and gave us suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area. A wonderful property - hopefully next time we will stay longer.

The situation of the hotel is unique. Close to the entrance of the Alcazar, it faces a small, lovely, quiet square. The roof top terrace gives you the best view of the famous Giralda clock tower of the Cathedral. Breakfast in the morning and drinks at night are served on the roof top terrace. We liked the location which is close to all must visits when you are in Seville.. Santa Cruz, Plaza Espagnia, Cathedral, Alcazar, river side, flamenco shows, etc.
The hostal is very basic, good for sleep and shower. The shower was excellent and the bathroom decoration was very pleasant (i.e nice colored tiles specific for Seville). The internet works well as well.
