Paper-thin walls, entry door always open (they were having trouble with a stuck key), one of the shutters didn't close, leak onto the front hall floor.
Sofa bed very uncomfortable, why not just have a great bed ??.
The bed is a couch which is horrible, the matras is way too thin. Get rid of this coach, you won't have a nice holiday if you can't sleep.
staff not helpfull,could not get a good night sleep due to comfort of the sofa bed. There was blood on the floor at the entrance all week and the Elevator wasn't cleaned at all !
The fold down couch wasn't comfortable at all !.
There was no reception staff there the whole time we stayed. The fact
that the key got stuck in the door so I had to ring someone and they
said I would have to wait over 45 mins for someone to get there. The bed
was all broken and dirty. It wasn't very clean the bathroom smelt
like a sewage. We left early and went to a hotel cause it was just very
very poor. They also charge more than it says. Not happy and will not be
returning.!!.
