The hotel was better than I was expecting. The rooms were quite small but it seemed that they had all been renovated. Hotel had a good pool and lobby area and the reception staff were fine. Staying in the peak of summer it was bound to be busy but we were able to pay extra on arrival to get a rom with a balcony, which you really need if you want to have some drinks/smokes before you head out.
all reviews » The location was fantastic, right by the sea, a nice beach, a pool and walking distance to Ibiza Town and Bora Bora beach. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were very well soundproofed and had black out blinds. The view was fantastic, definitely worth paying the extra for a sea view. The night receptionist was really helpful and sorted out taxis, club tickets etc. The room was clean and tidy. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Awesome location..closer to Playa Bossa beach (just 5 mins walk)... The whole experience of staying in that hotel was just great. Awesome Breakfast with plenty to eat. I would definitely recommend Ibiza and this hotel to everyone. Very convenient hotel. Close to all major spots, but suprisingly quiet in evening/night! Breakfast buffet is fine, the whole place is clean and staff is professional. We were lucky to have a huge terrace with beautiful seaview, away from the public terrace and walking-strip!. I liked the location of this hotel in Ibiza. It isn't a far cab ride to both Pacha nightclub in Evissa Town, Play en bossa, and San Antonio. You get peace and quiet when you need sleep and there's a Formentera ferry nearby. Overall, good value and location!. The location is perfect. Between Bossa and Ibiza town, a 20 min walk to either. The views form the hotel are breath taking and you never get bored of stepping on the balcony. On top of that the staff are great and very helpful. Will book again and again. For the price I paid at £100 per night the room was better than expected for the standard of Ibiza hotels. Great location to park a car easily (unlike Ibiza Town itself) but you can still walk into town in about 15 mins. excellent facilities, very close to Ibiza old town - within walking distance. There are no clubs close to the hotel but at the most you will pay $20 for a taxi to any of the big ones. When we arrived our room was not available so we had a top floor street view room for the first night then had to move the next day and when we were only there for 4 nights, this was a bit annoying. But they gave us free WiFi, safe and discount for the first night which was kind. The breakfast was a bit average and the pool could do with sprucing up in contrast to the rest of the hotel. Nothing at all!!. The rather high costs for WIFI and the Spa/sauna!!. The staff were unresponsive to my emails regarding adding a 3rd bed. I also think the charge for WiFi is unnecessary while the air conditioners were poor. The wifi should work in your room when your paying for it, I had to stand by the door to get any signal (room 608). I didn't use it but the pool and area looked a bit basic for a four star. Paying for wifi ( I refused) and managed without. Fridge in the room was pretty useless. No tea/coffee facilities. Swimming pool is not really decorated, could be nicer with some palms etc. Bar staff is very slow and not really guest orientated. no negative things. ensure you get a seaview. there are a few rooms that I would rate poorly. we had a seaview of the seventh floor at is was fantastic!. Obtaining a car park space near to the hotel is very difficult. Surrounding street area is not very nice. The dark and stuffy breakfast room, should have some outside space. The courtesy room is small and stuffy and no towels were offered. My room was on level 5 at top of stairs. Noise from reception and people coming and going was annoying. Would stay again but not in a room near the main stairs. one staff member was in training, this made the service very slow and his English was poor. Gym equipment running machine and cross trainer were not suitable for a hotel - poor quality . More appropriate for home use. Evening meal food was sometimes limited choice and could have been better quality. Other than that this is a great little hotel right next to the beach and the town is nearby. This hotel is not for hard-core clubbers. Try Playa D'Bossa for that. Room was a little small, but was very nice. Too long to check in, one of the staff very slow. Pool area not as nice as it looks on pictures. Pool area could do with a refurb/makeover. I feel the staff in reception could have been friendlier but overall we had no complaints. wifi charge of EUR 6 per day. Not having free Wifi. no easy reliable parking. Pay for WiFi Quality of WiFi Wellness Area too small. Restaurant food choice not variety enough. Nothing. The Wellness centre and sauna where not advertised very well. Nothing. Ridiculous that you have to pay for WiFi in 2013. Street side was noisy. The staff. The toilet stunk and even after informing the staff, the problem persist. I do not consider it 4 stars hotel, I stayed in 3 star hotels that have better amenities and breakfast than this one. Like everything in Ibiza, room rate was over priced. The staff was not friendly. Sleeping. Service (reception) except Patrik. Aircon did not work lousy breakfast. The fact that you have to pay for the wifi and the safe which both cost 6 euros per day... Room service was poor, They didn't clean the room for more than two days having the execuse of leaving the room late afternoon. But I have booked in a hotel not apartments, especially expensive one compering to hotels similar level. They take all the money up front! Why? because the dont deliver..
