We had a studio: Spacious, clean, lovely view, and nice pool. Excellent poolbar. Although we are not gay, it seems to have a friendly gay-couples atmosphere.

The walk to the old citycentre is about 15 min. and the walk to the bay of Figueretas is 5 min. but both walks you need to climb a lot of stairs. So the hotel is less equipped for those who find walking difficult. (we loved the stroll!) Allthough parking is free, there is not much space to park your car: Rent a small car, or just walk/take taxi's

The hotel is an easy walk to the main shopping street and to the center of town. Excellent food and of course, excellent parties. The hotel has a nice pool with a good bar. The rooms are large, bright, and very clean.

Twin beds!!!! Only twin beds! Does not make for a romantic time... but if you are there only for the parties, you are sleeping at the pool during the day and out all night...

All the stAff were friendly and helpfull.beautiful views over the terrace,good well priced basic food,very clean pool and sunbed area.clean rooms , would book again,have told my friends all about it.

Steep walk up and down to beach below in the heat, but I preferred the pool area.

The location overlooking Figueretas beach. Excellent poolside bar. Short walk to Ibiza town shops and restaurants. Room spacious with good air conditioning.

Close to everything. Room was comfortable. Br staff very nice.A room with a view would have been nicer. If you are staying book single beds as all these beds are on the view side.

Got a smoking room and it stuck of smoking even though I did ask for a non smoking room. If your air con to work you have to get a remote from reception at a deposit of €20 you do get it back though.

Location and sea views but hill made it a big climb. Good studio accommodation, large space with sea views. Pool area and pool bar. Everywhere was very clean (studios and all public areas). Would recommend hotel to others and would use again.

Needs a microwave and a few more basic utensils in studios including an iron (although you could borrow an iron from reception on request). Only Spanish channels on TV.

Great place to stay, I am a young man and had a lot of fun and the location is perfect. It s very clean and comfortable,plus I had a lot of sex so all in all a great experience :)

When I asked for information they showed me in great detail on how to get their it was a great help as it was my first time .

The beds were very hard and the pillows were very flat did not sleep to well .

The hotel is excellent located. 5/10 minutes walk to the old town, beaches, shops, transportation, etc.. We staed in the studio room which was large and spacious room with a large balcony. A bit outdated but clean. The bathroom needed a little bit more refreshed and ensuring the cleanliness but nothing problematic .... The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. At the right price,the hotel is an excellent choice.

It is far enough out of the hustle and bustle to be so quiet and relaxing yet a short walk and you're in the coolest, chilled out bars and eateries.

The breakfasts could have been a little more varied. Far too much processed meats and cheeses.

Excellent location, very good value for money, and a roof-top bar that has to have one of the best views of Ibiza.

The only inconvenience with this hotel, and its a very minor one at that, is that reception is closed in the afternoons between 1pm and 5pm, which means you can't leave your luggage there after checkout if you have an afternoon or early evening flight out.

Everything was OK - location, rooms, services.

Two major facts you shall know - the hotel is located at the top of the hill - so it's not that easy to get there The second one - is that the breakfast from 8 till 10-30. Is it a joke a breakfast at Ibiza at 10-30? Normally you get home only by 7-8 in the morning.

It was really close to a beach (5 min by walking) and clean. Staffs were all helpful.

If you're not gonna take a taxi to the hotel, you will experience hell... a thousand of stairs going up to the hotel. MUST TAKE A CAP. Especially when you have a large baggage.

Great view from the hotel but be prepared to hike or cab up a hill to get there every time.

Security was a bit sketchy. The hotel strongly advised guests not to leave anything of value in the room. There was no safe in the room but a small one could be rented in the lobby. While we were there we saw one guest tell the staff that they had been robbed.

The location with the best view of figueretas, 10 mn walk to Ibiza town, 10 mn walk to figueretas beach and seafront promenade. Great pool. Huge clean bedroom, big balcony/ terrace. Wifi for free.

The hotel bedrooms are better than the apartments, those are a bit oldfashionned with no wifi and no water pressure. The housekeeping team was really loud from 9am above the apartement moving every piece of furniture 10 millions time. The hotel rooms are much more quiet and bigger. The red hair lady night receptionnist was fabulous, the day reception staff was professionnal and spoke lot of languages but need to learn how to smile. The pool bar menu is really boring...

Location is pretty good and it has a nice pool and bar area.

As I booked there so early in the season rooms in the main hotel were not available yet. I stayed in one of the studio apartments, which I found cold and basic. The mattress was very hard and cheap feeling and I actually checked out the next day to find somewhere a bit more comfortable.

Bare, cheap amenities; no in-room phone service; no body soap furnished except small foil samples issued 1st day, had to supply own soap; no maid service/clean towels on Wednesdays; mattresses of 6" foam on board slats; little lighting; no clock; sparce kitchen ware; thin towels; no pool towels furnished, bring your own; hotel requires payment up front before you know what you are paying for; hotel ad is misleading

the female staff is very unkind, she always answers short and useless. breakfast is not good. room has 2 bed but one is not clean. sands are on the bed.
