Fantastic value for money. Quiet location. Stunning sea views. 15 metres from beach (though it's dark sand here). If you like swimming pools you might not like the pool which is about 10m long and 4m wide and immediately beneath the hotel balconies. Close to restaurants and other hotels. Can walk to town in 15minutes (but not a very nice town). The apartment was quite spacious with a large balcony having a sea view. It was very clean and staff came in every day to check that things were ok or to clean. The fittings were up to date and well maintained.

This was an upgrade for free (we reserved without seeview.... very kind!). Nice good sized apartment, right next to beach but not much going on around the area. Taxi cost approx 25 euros to Sant Antoniou and approx 15-20 euros from airport. The location was perfect. On the beach but part of the town. Easy access to old city for restaurants and sight seeing. It's fairly close to plenty of amenities though and cab rides to and from the clubs and better beaches weren't too expensive. Great Location, very helpful pleasant staff, shower room available for late departures. pool is small (10m x 4m aprox) - but then this is a hotel in a town right on the coast. The provision of crockery and cutlery was relatively poor. It was possible to have cold meals, but cooking a meal in the apartment would have been difficult. Free WiFi was only guaranteed in the public areas near the Reception and I think that nowadays apartments of this quality usually provide throughout. No complaints. Not that we were too bothered but the TV system reception was very poor and there were no English channels available whatsoever. no free wifi in the apartment room. Nothing. Could not be better. Especially for the price. The rain all day, also as it was not really season a lot of the restaurants and bars were not fully open and were still finishing painting ready for the season, would wait couple more weeks next time before i come back. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and our room never was cleaned, sheets was not changed even once. Good that we had new towels every day:). No air con, basic facilities. nothing. No ventilation & amenities in the bathroom. Also wifi only available in the lobby. Quite a noisy area, not in a bad way though, just a busy place so it's a positive really that you're in the right location. no english channels on sat tv noise could echo to rooms from pool and other balconies. Equipment not great (eg very small TV with bad reception). Bit noisy, bring earplugs...they always help!. Quite noisy during night. Any voice from balcony or swimming pool sounds like broadcasting. Wi fi in the room is with extra charge. No handy fast internet,except at the lounge. Someone from the top floor one night pissed off the balcony, we reported it to reception and he didnt even care... Noise from doing up the hotel across the road, Mar Y Playa 2. Hards beds would be the only complaint. Swimming pool facilities may be a bit small for people that want to stay by the swimming pool. the room was cold so that we couldn't get in sleep well. (Early May). nothing, everything was great!. Beds were hard. A little far from the centre. noisy at times. We stayed at Mar y Playa II. This meant very old and damaged interior of the appartment and no aircondition. Quite noisy, esp. if you have to sleep with open windows because of the warmth. Customer service was spotty. Some staff members were wonderful and some not so helpful. NO INTERNET IN ROOM, a little over priced, decently clean, beds pretty small, lights don't come on in building two (didn't like clicking lights as I went along). The humidity or pipe smell coming from the bathroom. no microwave old poor quality tv not enough spare blankets balcony door catch broken / loose smoke smelling room. Gym is outside of the hotel (third party) and is old, smelly and with majority of the machines broken. Internet on the room is paid and with bad signal. 1. Cleanliness - my sheets were burned with cigarettes (the whether never changed it or put burned sheets on the bed), I also found dark hair in the bed (not mine). 2. Noises - you can hear just about everything: people talking in the corridor, people walking on the street, neighbours flushing their toilet. No air conditioning! When it's 90 degrees in Spain a single small fan in a room for 3 people does not cut it. It took arguing with the staff to even procure a second fan. Each night we got a maximum of 4-5 hours of sleep because we would all wake up drenched in sweat. Also the beaches near the hotel are not the idyllic ones that you think of when you think Ibiza. It took traveling to see the better parts of the island. Accommodation very dated & basic. No air con so very hot in bedroom in high summer. We were not in our chosen hotel as they had no available rooms, we were put in a block across the road which looked onto the back of the apartments we should have been in and paid for. The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful.
