Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had.
We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts.
We'll go back again at this time of year.
The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.

Everything, the place was just great. Good location, on the 7th floor I could see the whole city and sierra nevada. Great room, I strongly recommend this hotel. - I loved the view from the terrace as I swam in the pool and ate in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent, including the desk service.
